KB111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe that the Account has been used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes, or in any manner that violates applicable law. Bonuses are typically subject to wagering or rollover requirements, meaning you must wager a specified multiple of the bonus amount (and, in some cases, the deposit amount) before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KB111, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF KB111 HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KB111'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF PKR 1,000 (ONE THOUSAND PAKISTANI RUPEES) OR THE EQUIVALENT IN YOUR LOCAL CURRENCY.
KB111 is not responsible or liable for the acts, omissions, terms, policies, conduct or services of any third-party Operator, payment provider, game studio, sports league or other entity referenced on the Platform. Users engage with such third parties entirely at their own risk.
You acknowledge and agree that you use the Platform and any referenced Operator service at your own risk. You are solely responsible for any losses, damages or liabilities arising from your gambling activity, your breach of these Terms or your violation of any applicable law.

Where KB111's operating jurisdiction is not specified, the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction shall apply to the extent permissible.
You irrevocably agree that the courts of the applicable jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms. Notwithstanding the foregoing, KB111 reserves the right to bring proceedings in any other competent jurisdiction.
KB111 is not a party to any dispute between you and a third-party Operator.
